the BIG announcement!

You've all been waiting for the BIG news...
Is it a boy or a girl?

The votes here where as follow:
Ian: Girl
Kim: Boy
Grandma (Weinberg): Boy
Job: Girl (we placed a pink and a blue cupcake in front of him and the one he ate first was his guess)

"mmm! I love me some pink cupcake!"
The results are in folks. We are happy to announce:

IT'S A GIRL!!!! We are so excited to welcome Ruthie Grace into our home sometime near the end of September.


"YAY!!! I get a sister!!!!"

Everything in the ultrasound looked great! She weighs about 8oz and is measuring right on track. Her heart rate was low like her momma's, 138. She was sucking her thumb just like Jobie was in his ultrasound. So fun. We can't wait to meet our little bundle of joy!

    SO happy for you and your 2nd pregnancy! God is so good. Congratulations! Hudson and Marty are 13 months apart as well...the first year was hard but now they are such great friends and can't be without each other. Exciting times!

    Congratulations, Ian and Kim! Kim, you put up such a fun announcement! I have the name Ruth on Nathan's and my big ol' list of ideas for baby names. I have every happy expectation that God is going to keep you and your little girl healthy and in good care all the way through your pregnancy!
